Planning is free for as long as you like. Everything your guests see needs Premium or the 14-day free trial, which starts on its own and never turns into a paid plan by itself.

- Building and editing your guest list, including importing it from Excel.

You can design your invitation and preview it in the app; publishing it for your guests is part of Premium.
The 14-day free trial
Your trial starts on its own when your account is activated, and it does not turn into a paid subscription by itself. Each person can use it once.
It unlocks everything above except four things that need a paid subscription: downloading the QR code, inviting your team, exporting your data (including Excel) and choosing your own link address.
When the trial or your subscription ends
Nothing is deleted and the app does not lock: you can keep planning. A published invitation stays open for your guests for three more days, then closes. If you subscribe again, the same link opens again and printed QR codes keep working.
Frequently asked questions
Does the free trial turn into a paid subscription?
No. The 14-day trial ends on its own. You only pay if you choose to subscribe.
Do my guests or team members need Premium?
No. Guests never pay and need no account. Premium belongs to the person who owns the event; team members join with a free account.
Is there a limit on the number of guests?
No. There is no limit on guests or events and no price per guest.
