Your planning calendar and calendar app
Your planning calendar puts your tasks, payments, appointments and the day itself in one place. Subscribe once from Google, Apple or Outlook Calendar and your plan stays there and updates by itself.

What is in your calendar
Go to Planning and open My calendar. It shows, in date order:
- The event day, with a countdown, and the dates of your programme parts.
- Your reply-by date.
- Tasks and payments with a due date, from your tasks and your budget.
- Your own appointments and reminders, such as a cake tasting or a call with the florist.
From the calendar you can add a Task, a Payment, an Appointment or a Reminder on the day you picked. Tasks and payments open in their own tool; appointments and reminders are kept in the calendar. Reminders arrive as notifications in the app, not by email.
See it in Google, Apple or Outlook Calendar
- In My calendar, press Add to my calendar app.
- Choose Apple Calendar, Google Calendar or Outlook, then confirm the subscription in your calendar.
- For another calendar app, press Copy link and add the link in that app as a calendar from a web address (URL).
Your calendar app then shows your dated tasks, your unpaid payments with their amounts, your appointments and reminders, the event day, your programme parts and, once your invitation is published, your reply-by date. Your reminders come along as alerts where your calendar app supports them. Finished tasks and paid payments drop off by themselves. On an Android phone, Apple Calendar is not offered.
Keep the link private
The link is yours alone, but anyone who has it can read your planning calendar, including payment amounts, suppliers and notes. Do not share it or post it anywhere. Your guests never see this calendar.
If the link has got out, press Reset link. The old link stops working straight away and calendars that use it stop updating. Add the new link to your calendar app, and remove the old calendar there if it is still listed.
Each person on the event's team has their own link, a Viewer too. Resetting yours does not affect theirs, and a person's link stops working when they leave the team.
Frequently asked questions
Is the calendar free?
Yes. The calendar and the link to your calendar app are part of the free planning tools.
I have two events. Do I need two links?
Yes. Each event has its own calendar and its own link. Add each one to your calendar app.
Can my partner see it on their phone too?
Yes. Once they are on your event's team, they get their own link from the same button. See inviting your partner or planner.
Can I get the reminders by email?
No. Reminders arrive as notifications in the app, and as alerts in your calendar app if you subscribed. See notification settings.
