Add your own questions to the reply form

• Yes or no: for example, will you take the shuttle bus?
• One choice: the guest picks one of your choices, such as a session or a T-shirt size.
• Several choices: the guest can tick several of your choices.
• Short answer: the guest writes up to 300 characters.

A question can be up to 120 characters long and have 2 to 10 choices. The kind of answer cannot be changed after saving: to ask it differently, remove the question and add a new one.

Your questions appear below the reply, only for guests who say they are coming. There is one set of questions for the whole event, not one for each programme part.

Questions are shown exactly as you wrote them and are not translated. For guests who speak two languages, write both, for example "Shuttle bus? / Navetta?".

• In each guest's details, under Your questions.
• In RSVP analytics, with the totals for each choice. Short answers are read in each guest's reply.
• In the Excel export, which the event owner can email to themselves with a paid subscription. See Export your guest list.
