Let only invited guests reply
With Only invited guests can respond on, only guests who open the personal link you sent them can reply. Someone with the shared link or the QR code sees This invitation is personal.

Which events offer it
The setting appears in RSVP settings for two types of event: corporate event and other. For a wedding, a birthday or another type, change the type in Event settings with Event type and Change type. For a company event choose corporate event; otherwise choose other.
Turn it on
- Open Invitation in the menu on the left. RSVP settings is just below Share invitation.
- Turn on Only invited guests can respond and confirm with Turn on.
- Open the Invitation tab and tap RSVP settings.
- Turn on Only invited guests can respond and confirm with Turn on.
Then send each guest their personal invitation from their row in Guests: Send invitation email, Send via WhatsApp or Share link. The setting is free and you can turn it off at any time; sending invitations needs a published invitation.
What changes for your guests
- A personal link opens the invitation as usual, and the guest can reply and change their reply.
- The shared link and the QR code show your names and design and the message This invitation is personal, but not the date, the place or your text, and they accept no replies.
- Guest photos, the guest book and gift reservations also work only from a personal link.
- Guests who have already replied can still open the invitation from the link in their confirmation email.
What changes in the app
- Lock with a PIN and the PIN are hidden: a PIN opens nothing while this is on.
- The shared link and the QR code are no longer offered to copy or download.
- On a guest's card you can set How many are invited?: how many people that guest can reply for, themselves included.
Frequently asked questions
Can a guest forward their personal link?
Nothing can stop that. A personal link works like a key: whoever has it can reply as that guest. Ask guests not to forward it.
I cannot find this setting. Why?
It is only offered for corporate events and other events. Check the type of your event in Event settings.
Can someone who is not on my list reply?
No. Add them to Guests and send them their personal invitation.
