Add guests to your guest list

• By hand: in Guests, use Add guest manually. Only the name is needed; the email address is optional.
• From your contacts: on the phone, Pick from contacts adds only the people you tick.
• From Excel: on a computer, import your guest list.
• From another event: Bring the guest list from another event copies names and contact details. Everyone starts as not replied.

Usually one guest per household works best. The household gets one personal link, and one person replies for everyone, up to the number set in guests per reply.

Add people as separate guests only when they need to reply on their own: adult children, different programme parts, or a meal chosen for each person.

A couple who share one email address and reply together is one guest, for example "Anna & Ben" for 2 people.

When two guests share an email address or phone number, the list warns you. Press Review, then choose Merge or Not the same person. Merging sends nothing, and links that were already sent keep working.

Each guest shows their status: Attending, Awaiting reply or Can’t make it. You can change a reply yourself with Edit guest, for example when a guest tells you by phone. For thank-you cards, Add postal address stores a postal address on the guest card.
