Cancel your subscription

1. 1Open Profile, then your plan.
2. 2Press Cancel subscription, then Yes, cancel.

You can also cancel without signing in on web.vowly.co/cancel (Cancel your contract here).

Open Profile, then your plan, and press Cancel subscription. This opens your store's subscription page, where you confirm the cancellation. A subscription bought on the website shows Managed on the web in the app.

• Premium stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
• Nothing is deleted and you can keep planning for free.
• When Premium ends, a published invitation stays open for three more days, then closes. If you subscribe again later, the same link opens again.
• There is no button to undo a cancellation: simply subscribe again.

Change your plan switches between monthly and yearly. From monthly to yearly the change is immediate and the unused time is credited; from yearly to monthly it happens at renewal. Billing and payment shows your invoices and lets you change your card.
