After the event: your memories page

An event is over once its last day has passed in the event's time zone, including the last of your programme parts. An evening event does not end at its start time: it is over from midnight.

• A short note that the event took place, with a thank-you.
• The photo gallery and the guest book, if they are switched on. Guests can still add photos and sign the guest book. A private guest book can be signed, but only you and your team read it.
• Replies are closed. The menu, gift registry, programme and other sections are no longer shown.
• A section you showed only to guests who replied stays that way.

If the gallery and the guest book are both off, guests see only the event's name and date.

Your event becomes a record. Event settings, the invitation, RSVP settings, programme parts, menu, music, gift registry and seating plan can be read but no longer changed, and invitations, reminders and other emails to guests are no longer sent.

These stay as they were: the guest book, your gallery and guest photos, correcting a guest's reply, the budget, tasks and calendar, your team and Back up & restore.

The Invitation screen becomes a summary, Your event is over, with Close the invitation and, while the gallery or the guest book is shown, Share the page.

• While your trial or Premium is active, the page stays open.
• If you paid for the event, it stays open for 365 days after the event, even after your subscription ends.
• If you only used the free trial, it closes three days after the trial ends.

You can close it yourself at any time with Close the invitation, for free. Guests who open the link or scan the QR code then see that you have closed the page. Nothing is deleted, and Reopen the invitation opens the same link again.
