I cannot find my invitation

• The invitation email comes from the hosts' names, sent through Vowly Event. Search your mailbox for their names or the name of the event.
• Check your spam or junk folder, and tabs such as Promotions. If it is there, mark it as not spam so the next emails reach your inbox.
• If you have already replied with your email address, your confirmation email has a button that opens your reply.
• If your printed invitation has a QR code, scan it. It opens the invitation without a PIN.

If you replied from this phone or computer, the invitation may still be in your browser's history. Opened in the same browser, it shows your reply. If you replied without an email address, the page offers Add my email: add one and you receive a link that works on any device.

Only the hosts can send your invitation again. They can email it, send it by WhatsApp or message, or share your personal link with you.

They can also give you the general link of their invitation. If it asks for a PIN, they can give you that too: enter it and press Unlock. After several wrong tries, you have to wait before trying again.

Your personal link opens the invitation as you: whoever has it can see and change your reply. Please do not forward it. If you once unsubscribed from this event's emails, the hosts can no longer email you, but they can still send your link by message.
