Remind guests who have not replied
One press sends a reminder email to every invited guest who has not replied yet. Guests who replied never receive it.
Send a reminder
- Open Guests. Above the list you see 3 invited guests haven’t replied yet.
- Press Send a reminder. A window lists exactly who will receive it, and shows your reply-by date if you set one.
- Press Remind 3 guests.
Each guest gets an email with their own invitation link. Their row in the list shows that a reminder was sent and how many they have had.
Who receives it
Only guests who were invited before (by email, WhatsApp or link), have an email address, and still have not replied. The banner appears while your invitation is published, replies are open and your trial or Premium is active.
How often
Each guest can receive up to four reminders: 24 hours after the invitation, then 2 days, 1 week and 2 weeks after the one before. When no guest is due yet, the app tells you the date of the next possible reminder.
Frequently asked questions
Can a guest who already replied receive a reminder?
No. Reminders only go to invited guests who have not replied.
Do guests without an email address get a reminder?
No. Send them their personal link again by WhatsApp or with Share link.
