Thank your guests after the event
After the event, send one thank-you message to every guest who came, note who brought which gift, and keep your photos and guest book.
Send a thank-you message
- After the event, open your event's home screen and choose Thank your guests.
- Write your own message, up to 1,000 characters.
- Check how many guests it will reach, then send.
It goes to guests who said they were coming and have an email address, unless they asked not to receive emails. You can send it for up to 365 days after the event.
Keep track of gifts
In your guest list, the Gifts view lets you note who brought what and whether you have thanked them. It is your own list and sends nothing.
Keep your photos and guest book
- Email me all photos sends you every guest photo in a ZIP file.
- Email me the book sends you your guest book as a PDF, for free.
After the event, your invitation becomes a memories page with the guest photos and the guest book. For an event that was paid for, it stays open for 365 days after the event.
