Withdrawal and refunds
A subscription bought on the website can be withdrawn within 14 days for a refund. Purchases in the App Store or Google Play are refunded by the store.
Withdraw within 14 days
- Open Profile, then your plan.
- Press Withdraw from contract here, then Confirm withdrawal. You receive a confirmation email.
The button appears for subscriptions bought on the website, until the end of the 14th day after the purchase. You can also write to support@vowly.co.
How much is refunded
The refund goes back to your card within 14 days. Before paying, the Before you pay window asks you to agree that your subscription starts straight away. Because you agreed, the days you used are deducted from the refund.
After 14 days there is no refund. Cancelling then stops the renewal, and a renewal does not start a new 14 days. The full terms are in our Terms of Service.
App Store and Google Play
If you subscribed on an iPhone or Android phone, the store handled the payment and handles refunds too: Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, Google Play in your order history. We cannot refund these purchases ourselves.
