Plans and prices
There is a free plan and one paid plan, Premium, which you pay monthly or yearly. Premium belongs to your account and covers every event you own, with no limit on guests.

Free and Premium
- Free: plan your whole event for as long as you like, with unlimited events and guests, every planning tool, your guest list and your own photo gallery.
- Premium: everything your guests see and receive, such as publishing and sending your invitation, the details of each reply, the guest experience sections and guest photos, plus the QR code download, your team, exports and your own link address.

Monthly or yearly
Premium is the only paid plan. You choose how to pay for it: monthly, or yearly, which costs less per month. Both renew automatically until you cancel, and we send you a reminder at least three days before each renewal payment.
See the current prices. The plan screen in the app, under Profile, shows the price that applies to you.
Where you pay, and in which currency
- On the website (web.vowly.co): by card. The price is shown in euros, or in pounds or złoty depending on where you are, and you pay in the currency shown. Web prices are charged as displayed.
- On iPhone and Android: through the App Store or Google Play. The store shows the price in your own currency, and the store's price applies; it can differ slightly from the website.
- Wherever you subscribe, it is the same Premium on every device. See how to subscribe.
One subscription for all your events
Premium belongs to your account, not to one event. One subscription covers every event you own, with no limit on events or guests and no price per guest or per event.
The people on your team do not need Premium: on an event you have joined, its owner's Premium counts. Guests never pay and need no account.
Frequently asked questions
Is the yearly plan cheaper?
Yes, per month. The plan screen shows how much you save compared with paying monthly.
Can I pay once, just for my wedding?
There is no one-off price. The monthly plan suits a single event: cancel when you no longer need it, and nothing is deleted. After an event you paid for, its photos and guest book stay open to guests for 365 days. See cancel your subscription.
Is VAT added to the price?
On the website you pay the price shown: we are not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is added. In the App Store and Google Play, the price the store shows is what you pay.
Do I pay per guest?
No. There is no limit on guests and no price per guest.
