Team roles and what each can do

• Owner: created the event and keeps it. Only the owner can delete the event, export or back up its data and choose its link address. The owner's subscription unlocks the event for the whole team.
• Co-host: can do everything else the owner can, including inviting people, changing their roles and removing them. Co-hosts also get the reply emails, if they keep them on.
• Organiser: works on the event: guests, the programme and photos. Cannot invite, remove or change the role of anyone.
• Viewer: can open the event and its guest list but cannot change anything. Viewers do not see the PIN, cannot be given tasks and are not notified about replies.

• A free Vowly Event account with the email address you invited. Team members never need Premium.
• Inviting someone needs a paid subscription on the owner's account; the 14-day free trial is not enough. A co-host can invite people while the owner's subscription is active.
• Each person sees only the events they were invited to, never your other events.
• Replies are unlocked for the whole team while the owner's trial or Premium is active.

1. 1Open Profile, then Team. Each person is listed with their events and their role in each.
2. 2To change a role, press the role shown for that event and choose a new one. The person is told about the change.
3. 3To remove someone from an event, press the cross next to that event and confirm. They lose access straight away and are told.

Only the owner and co-hosts can do this, and nobody can change their own role or the owner's. Tasks assigned to someone who is removed become unassigned. Invitations that have not been accepted yet are under Pending invitations, where you can send them again or use Cancel invitation.

A team member can leave an event with Leave event at the bottom of Event settings, or with the cross next to that event on their own row in Team. The owner cannot leave their own event, and ownership cannot be transferred.
