Share your photos with the hosts

1. 1Open your invitation. If the hosts put a photo QR code on the tables, scanning it opens the photo upload straight away.
2. 2Go to Photos. On the day of the event, Share your photos at the top takes you there.
3. 3Enter your name in Your name. Only the hosts see it.
4. 4Press Upload photos and choose one or several photos.

You can share JPEG, PNG and WebP photos of up to 30 MB each, and up to 100 photos a day from one device. Videos cannot be uploaded. Before a photo is shared, hidden details such as the place it was taken are removed.

On the phone or computer you used, your photos appear under Your photos. Only you see them there, each with its status:

• Waiting for the hosts: the hosts have not looked at it yet.
• In the gallery: the hosts added it, and every guest can see it in the gallery.
• Not shown in the gallery: the hosts kept it out of the gallery.

Until a photo is in the gallery, you can take it back with Remove. Once the hosts have added it, only they can remove it.

• There is no photo section: the hosts have not turned photo sharing on.
• The page asks you to reply first: the hosts share photos only with guests who have replied. Reply, then come back.
• The page asks you to open your personal link: some events take photos only from it.
• Lots of photos are arriving at once: the page waits and carries on by itself while you keep it open.
• The page says photos are closed: the hosts have closed photo sharing for now.

Everyone who opens the invitation sees the photos the hosts added. The gallery has no download button: if you would like copies, ask the hosts. To report a photo to Vowly, open it and press Report.

After the event, the invitation becomes a memories page. You can still look at the gallery and add photos while the hosts keep it open.
