Import your guest list from Excel

1. 1On web.vowly.co, open Guests and press Import / export guests, then the Import tab. If your list is still empty, the button is called Import guests and opens the import directly.
2. 2Use Download template to get a file with the right columns, or choose your own .xlsx or .csv file.
3. 3Under Match the columns, choose which column of your file holds what. Only Name is required. Check the Preview, then press Import.

You can bring in Name, Last name, Email, Phone, Company, Number of guests, Notes, Group, Address, City, Postcode and Country.

For guests who are already on your list, choose Skip or Update. Guests are matched by email address first, then by name. A guest who has already replied keeps their reply.

• A file can be up to 2 MB and 500 rows. For a longer list, use several files.
• Two rows with the same email address count as one guest.
• Undo this import removes exactly the guests that import added, nothing else.
