Let guests choose their meal

When you turn it on, every course that has dishes is included. Tap the courses under Guests choose from to add or remove them, or Select all.

Guests who are coming choose on the menu page, under the list of dishes. Guests who cannot come are not asked. To show the menu only to guests who have replied, set the menu section to After reply.

Guests can also share dietary needs for each person, with a required consent tick, and say how many High chairs for little ones they need.

The choice is a count for the whole reply, for example two meat and one fish for a family of three, not a meal per name. If each person needs their own named meal, add each person as a separate guest.

• Caterer totals shows the totals per dish.
• Copy for caterer copies them as text.
• Export all responses opens Back up & restore, where the event owner can email themselves an Excel file with every reply (paid subscription).

Remind 4 guests to choose emails the guests who are coming but have not chosen yet, at most once a day. Place cards on your seating plan can show each guest's meal.
