See who is coming

• Attending: the guest is coming, with the number of people in their reply.
• Can’t make it: the guest cannot come.
• Awaiting reply: no reply yet. Guests have no "maybe" option.
• Waiting list: only with a waiting list, for guests who replied once the event was full.

Open a guest to read their whole reply: the people with them, Message from the guest, meal choices, Programme replies and the answers to your own questions.

One reply can cover several people: the guest and the people with them, up to the number you allow in guests per reply. Totals count people, not replies. A family of four who reply once counts as four.

With Companion names on, the names of the people with each guest appear under their row, marked child for children, and the search finds them.

• Guests: the line under the title gives the number of people on the list and how many are attending. On a computer, each status above the list shows its number of people, with a line saying how many have replied.
• Your event's home screen: the people attending and the share of guests who have replied.
• RSVP analytics: open it from your event's home screen for the breakdown of replies, party sizes, where replies came from and, if you set a limit, the places still free.

Replies appear as soon as guests send them, on every device and for everyone on your team. To be told straight away, turn on notifications for new replies. Guests cannot see who else is coming.
