QR code and printed invitations
Every event has one QR code, the same for every guest. It never changes, so you can print it safely on cards, posters and table signs.

Download your QR code
- Open Invitation and press QR code.
- Choose what the code opens: the invitation, or Photo upload to let guests add their photos.
- Press Download QR, or choose a ready-made layout under Print files.
You get a PNG (2048 px), an SVG, a PDF 10 cm wide, and an A6 Table card to print and put on tables.
How the QR code behaves
- It is created once and never changes, even if you change the PIN or your link address.
- It does not ask for the PIN.
- It is the same for everyone: there is no QR code per guest.
- Guests who scan it see the programme parts set to Everyone, not the ones for invited guests only.
- It cannot be withdrawn. If it reached the wrong people, use Stop accepting responses to close replies.
Printed invitations
Vowly Event does not make a printable PDF of the invitation itself. Put your QR code on a card you design yourself, or use Order printed invitations & posters in Planning, which opens our separate shop for printed cards.
