Write in the guest book
Open the invitation, go to the guest book, write your name and a few words, and send. The hosts read each entry before it appears; in a private book, only the hosts and the people planning with them read it.
Write your entry
- Open your invitation and go to Guest book. Below your reply, Write in the guest book takes you there too.
- Write your name in Your name and your message in Your words.
- Press Sign the guest book.
An entry can be up to 1,000 characters of text. Links cannot be added, and there is no place for photos, voice or video. To write another one, press Write another entry.
Who reads it
- In a guest book open to guests, the hosts read each entry first. Once they add it to the book, everyone who opens the invitation can read it.
- If the page says the book is private, only the hosts and the people planning with them read what you write. Your entry is never shown to other guests, even if the hosts later open the book to everyone.
When the book is open
The guest book is there when the hosts have turned it on. Some hosts open it only to guests who have replied, and the page then asks you to reply first. For some events, you need to open the invitation from your personal link.
After the event, the invitation becomes a memories page, and you can still write in the book while the hosts keep it open.
